Hi,
Since there seems to be a drought of changes in the beta release lately (which is fine), but the TLS1.3 stuff is massively useful, would it be reasonable to squeeze in a new minor stable release?
I have tested the 4.5 Beta Build (2023/10/29-1 UTC) for many months now and here it's perfectly stable.
