Script to convert ident to IP.

I am an operator on an IRC channel where the ident (unless you set your own) displays as the encoded form of the IP address. I would like to ask you to write a script which will display the decoded ident form when the user enters. I have an algorithm according to which the ident is coded. I can provide it in a private message to someone who wants to write the script. I would also like the script to provide a link to the RIPE Database next to the decoded ident form, with which you can check the decoded IP. For example:
Where 83.4.13.210 is the decoded form of ident.
