I can't replicate this issue, but your windows looks heavily modified, so it's hard to tell what's going on and I'm not sure it's really an AdiIRC issue.

Can you post/email me your config.ini so I can test with your AdiIRC settings, you can find it by typing /paths -o in an channel window.
AdiIRC - Bug #1661: Restored window position and sizehttps://dev.adiirc.com/issues/1661?journal_id=39422014-11-02T14:18:42ZAndreas vb

Works fine here with your config as well, I really have no clue what's causing this for you.
AdiIRC - Bug #1661: Restored window position and sizehttps://dev.adiirc.com/issues/1661?journal_id=39442014-11-02T14:26:39ZAndreas vb
