Do you know what language it was set to, and are you sure you didn't select the language yourself?
To revert to english, open config.ini in notepad or some other text editor, then remove the line that says CONF_lang=
Save the file and restart AdiIRC.

Yes - lang setuped when install and changed to DA-dk if only press apply in options. It works if delete folders langs or set CONF_lang=en-US. But I thinked it must default stay on en-us. I use russian windows 7.

That should really not happen, did you get the setup.exe from adiirc.com ?

Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 SP1 + WinXP SP3 Rus + NetFX 2.0 SP2:
Install with translations -> run -> file/options -> Aplly -> Warning: AdiIRC needs to be restarted to change language - > OK (CONF_lang=da-DK)

Latest beta same problem - fresh install on windows 7 32 sp1 rus + replace beta.exe before 1st run - in options general/lang showed da-DK when ini empty.
