Description

IRCnet network has a special reop mode (+R) which stores hostmasks in same fashion as banlist, exempts and invites, which are for used to regain op in the channel if it becomes opless. Would be nice to be bale to edit it in Channel editor same as +b/e/i - see https://www.ircnet.com/articles/reop for more info. Probably best implemented based on ircd version (>=2.11.0).
