It would be neat if it could be more dynamic to modify where this would turn up like miRCs options.
"Options -> IRC -> Options -> Events"
where you have
"Joins / Parts / Quits / Kicks / Modes / Topics / CTCPs / Nicks"
Where you have the options
In channel / In status / Hide
Where it also could be
In notice & Custom
Where custom would be in a custom PM maybe as i don´t think it support custom windows like @highlight
