Returns the number of the line that matches the regular expression, with the search starting at line N.

*Parameters*
[name] - If specified, name of the dialog otherwise [[$dname]] from the current [[Scripting_Events|event]] is used. (optional)
id - Id of the dialog item.
regex - The regular expression to perform.
[N] - If N = 0, number of matches, otherwise the Nth match.
