Returns [[$true]] if [[/ignore]] is enabled, otherwise [[$false]].

*$ignore(N|address)*

Returns the Nth address in the ignore list set in [[Options_Dialog|Options]] -> [[Ignore Options|Ignore]] or using [[/ignore]].
