Returns [[$true]] if the text is a number, otherwise [[$false]].

_Same as [[$isnum]]._

*Parameters*

c - Enables 's' and 'd', partial TODO
d - Allows decimal numbers.
e - Allows scientific (exponential) notations.
n - Allows regular numbers.
s - Allows leading + and minus signs.
