Returns [[$true]] if token exists in text, otherwise returns [[$false]].

_[[$istokcs]] is case-sensitive, see [[$istok]] for a case-insensitive version._

*Parameters*

text - The text to tokenize.
token - The token to check.
C - The "ASCII":http://www.asciitable.com/ value to tokenize by.
