*<notextile>on <level>:CLIENTTEXT:<matchtext>:<*#?=!@>:<commands></notextile>*

Triggers whenever the client sends a client text to any window, $1- will hold the original client text, can be halted using [[/halt]].

*Parameters*

<level> - The level for the event to trigger.
<matchtext> - [[Matchtext]] to listen to.
<*#?=!@> - The [[Matchtarget]] to listen to.
<commands> - The commands to be performed when the event listener's criteria is met.
