IRCX support?
Added by Mr Trip almost 2 years ago
I'm just wondering if there is any IRCX support or plans for it? I tried to join a %# channel and it changed the command it sent to #%# -- I can issue the /raw commnad to join %# channels so this seems to just be an issue with the /join command.
Thanks!
Edit- It also doesn't quite know how to handle the . as Owner, so it displays my name twice in the user list...once with .Lykos and once as just Lykos

AdiIRC supports all channel types, what network was this?

From what I can see, this server does not advertise "%" channel support or "." channel prefix.

If you issue the /ircx command it does.
Here is an example of what I'm seeing

I see now that something triggers mirc to performs /IRCX on connect for this specific network:
> MSChatWannabe IRCX <-:MSChatWannabe 800 asdas 1 0 NTLM,ANON 512 *
I'll look into what this means and add support for this in adiirc.

Awesome! I'm loving AdiIRC so far as a replacement to mIRC. Getting back into scripting really quick with it.
Thanks!

Channel/user prefixes should work on ircx servers in the next beta.

Appeared to work, it automatically enters ircx mode when I connect and prefix looks correct.
Awesome! Thank you!!
