highlight - channelname blinking on/off

hi, i was searching but didnt know exact what i should searching, i didnt find that what iam looking so i have open new thread, hope it was not acctually asking of someone else :S
in the highlights option there are animate trayicon on you can make on/off, these means the bottom right icon near the clock. but i dont like that the channelnames flash/blinking after a highlight comes. is there way to turn it off atm?
the blinking i can stop after i click on that channel.

Options -> Highlight -> Flash icons.

ah ok thanks, i have thought that flash means like the line flash... big ty
