closedDCC don't work

Description
I'm using AdiIRC 1.8.3 with my fellows. DCC send starts normally: DCC window opens and reciever gets popup about incoming send. I accept it, but then nothing happens. This happens everytime. No matter who is sending or recieving.
I also tried to send file to my laptop. Same result. I'm using Comodo Internet Security on both machines and I checked that it don't limit AdiIRC's traffis, so configures are right. I also checked packet traffic with Wireshark. It seems, that AdiIRC sends send-Request and reciever answers with Response, but then nothing happens. Reciever actually sends TCP-responses after that, but sender never reacts on those.
I'm running Vista Home Premium on laptop and XP Professional on PC.

Sorry forgot. The error message is "Connection failed, could not connect."

Remember to set up ports for dcc to bind to in Options -> DCC .. these ports needs to be completly open for DCC (Direct Client To Client) to work. Also make sure its binding to the right network card, you can verify that by looking at the ip under "Bind DCC to ip" .. you might have to set it manually to internal or external ip.
