Description

I can't see ÅÄÖ from some users.
My encoding is UTF-8.

One using mIRC and another irssi.

Example:
[13:54:23] <Tuxswe> fast. iso �r roligare f�r d� gn�ller folk ;D

Try type /encoding on that server to double check your encoding on this server.
