Description

I am a new user to AdiIRC. When I was checking the plugin list, I decided to click "Install New" and when I realized I didn't have an appropriate file to install as a plugin, I clicked "Cancel," resulting in a non-fatal crash.

Steps to reproduce crash:
1. Open Plugin Dialog (File > Plugins)
2. Click "Install New"
3. Without selecting a plugin, click "Cancel"
