Description

The current way to grab the bandwidth speeds is wrong.
When I'm downloading a YouTube clip, my G15netspeed tells me I'm using ~840kB/s. AdiIRC tells me I'm using 11,8kB/s

When I'm doing nothing: BW: 16,3 Kb/s (16721 bytes) down, 524 b/s (524 bytes) up
There does not seem to be any logic.

I assume you don't have bandwidth enabled in statusbar, i fixed a issue where it didn't update current bandwidth if that wasn't enabled.
