Description

Some of the links to the wiki help pages are incorrect, resulting in 404 errors.

Two examples:
Options->Links: https://dev.adiirc.com/projects/adiirc/wiki/Links instead of .../Links_options
Options->logging: https://dev.adiirc.com/projects/adiirc/wiki/Logging instead of .../logging_Options
