Description
Using AdiIRC 3.0 beta build 2017/08/31 x64 in win10.
I have docked the various panels like this .
The issue is that there are no left to right scrollbars for the 'Highlights' and 'Notices' panels (provided that the panels contain messages, of course).
And, there's no relative entry in options either: there's only this one: 'Show left to right scrollbar' in: Options|Treebar, but it only applies to the Treebar.
For reference, in this screenshot in here
there is indeed a left to right scrollbar in the 'Notices' panel.

The new datagrid did not play well with horizontal scrollbars, but that should be fixed now.
