Allow disabling mousebutton tab switching

Description

Mouse forward and back buttons (3/4 or 4/5) seem to be hardcoded to switch tabs.
Inability to turn them off makes AdiIRC switch tabs undesirably when using the thumb buttons for example as VoIP push-to-talk.

In the Editbox you can type /setoption Misc UseXButtons False, change False to True to enable again.

It's on my TODO to move this into Options -> Shortcuts.
