I am not expert in SSL subject.

Even if i have OpenSSL installed on my Windows 10, do i still need to setup a certificate to use SSL on DCC Send?

AdiIRC doesn't use openssl, it uses microsofts ssl, but yes you need a client certificate to be able to use SSEND.

if i create a self-signed certificate, will i be able to use ssend perfectly?
