Description

If someone writes a link such as "http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#bXYROS!VgT!caYbZY" in IRC and I double-click on it, or I right-click on it and select "Copy link", the link that is sent to the browser or clipboard is truncated before the first "!" character, becoming "http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/wizard#bXYROS".

I still get the link pointing hand icon when hovering over the part of the URL after the "!", so clearly some part of the URL detection is working properly, but some part isn't.

Tested on AdiIRC version 1.8.9 on Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
