closedDCC receive never completes, always connection fail at 99%

Description
The result is 'Unknown error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond'
These are all XDCC from bots, but i have tried it on several xdcc bots across several channels and servers and the problem persists. Is there anything I should check for?
I wouldn't think it is a problem with ports as it does receive 99% flawlessly.

Yes this is a problem in 1.8.10, its fixed in the latest beta, you can get it by going to File -> Options -> General and mark "check for new beta versions"
I'm working on several DCC improvments that will find its way to the betas soon to :)
