Description

Hi everyone,
i really like AdiIRC for its simplicity but i have two issues with it.

1. http://www.test.de/*/index.htm Doubleclicking this link doesn't work because the "*" disrupts the full link.
2. I'am using Arial as my standard Font to display the chat. Unfortunately is someone writes letters like "ä ü ö" AdiIRC converts them into strange letters.

Thanks for your read.

Cheers maTzeprei

Thanks for your bugreports.

In the latest betas "*" will work in links.

If you see strange characters, its probably a encoding issue, if you are using the default encoding (ISO) and the person in the other send is sending UTF-8, the characters will look weird, you can either switch your encoding to UTF-8 (in the ServerList) or Go to File -> Options -> Server and mark "Use UTF-8 Fallback", if you use fallback you will be able to read both ISO and UTF-8.

I also suggest giving the betas a go, a lot has been improved, you can get it by going to File -> Options -> General and mark "Periodically check for new beta versions", and then either restart adiirc or type /betaup"

Cheers :)
