Returns the current DCC SEND/SSEND [[Dcc_Options#Auto-accept|accept option]].

ignore - All DCC SEND/SSEND requests are ignored.
ask - Ask whether to accept the DCC SEND/SSEND request.
auto - DCC SEND/SSEND requests are automatically accepted.
