Triggers when you move your mouse over a specific word or click/double-click a specific word in a line of text in a window.

*Parameters*
<level> - The [[User Access Level]] for the event to trigger.
<matchtext> - The [[Matchtext]] to listen to.
<*|#|?|=|!|@> - The [[Matchtarget]] to listen to.
<commands> - The commands to be performed when the event listener's criteria is met.
