AdiIRC doesn't alwas register quits?

Anyone else have the issue that user quits doesn't always seems to be registered by AdiIRC.
If I compare the userlist in AdiIRC with foe example my android client HoloIRC there are 80 users in AdiIRC, but only 67 in HoloIRC, 67 is the correct number of connected users.
Btw. both clients are connected via ZNC if that makes any difference?

It has been reported before, so far it's not determined if it's because of nick changes, parts, quits, netsplit or sync issues when rejoining a channel, some debug was added to File -> Rawlog -> Debug, I suggest keeping an eye on it, see if you notice a pattern.
