Where to get blowfish files

Hello everyone,
What a treat. Finally a (fairly) Mirc compatible irc client. I have been testing and it all works very nicely.
Only I would like to use blowfish and I can't find the necessary files. I need blowfish64.zip.
It's mentioned in the install instructions that you should download from the included link but I can't
find anywhere to click to get this zip. Can anyone offer help?

Click on "Files" at the bottom of the wiki page.

I don't know if I'm looking in the right place. But in this browser window I clicked on the Wiki tab next to this window Forums.
At the bottom of the wiki tag it shows: Files (0)

Sorry, I meant on the blowfish wiki page itself.
