Question about Add/Edit Highlight Dialog

When adding Highlight option (https://dev.adiirc.com/projects/adiirc/wiki/AddEdit_Highlight_Dialog), if I want to specify the channel, do I have to use # in front of the channel name?

#channelA or channelA

In most places you have to use the full name of the target window, e.g #channel or &channel etc.
