How to change two default behaviors of AidIRC, any options?

Hi I would like to change two default behaviors of AidIRC, I have search on options, but I can't get them disabled, or changed.

When you enter in a channel, and some people talk to you, private message tabs appear (the one with the icon of the yellow head)
if AidIRC tab is not focussed it will display a lot of popup windows (notification windows) above the Windows Taskbar, is there any way to disable this behavior?? I would like to avoid any kind of popup window message to appear even if AidIRC is not focused.

When you left click on a #channel or on a nick(username) it selects it, but if you left click it again, it automatically selects the #channel or nick(username) that was previously selected, is there anyway to disable this behavior? I just would like to always select the item that was left clicked, no mather if it is the first or second click.

To disable private tips, uncheck Options -> Tips -> Private tips -> Message

To disable highlight tips, go to Options -> Highlights, in the highlight list, choose "$me", then click Edit and uncheck "Tip message".

When a channel is activated twice, it is minimized, there is no way to disable this.

Oops I misunderstood the last one, when you double-click a nick or a channel in the text, it will open that window, there is no way to disable this either.

Edit: at least for now.

Thanks, that disable private tips worked fine!
Would you please tell me what does exactly do the "disable highlight tips"?
The second part of the question, I didn't explain myself to well, I think I got that its not possible right now...
When you left click on a #channel or on a nick(username) tab (the icon with the yellow head) it selects it (so that tab turns highlighted in blue), lets say you type something in it, so it sends a msg, (so it has pass 3secs or so), then, if you click again on that same #channel or on a nick(username) tab (while is highlighted in blue, it deselects it, and automatically selects the #channel or nick(username) that was previously selected, is there anyway to disable this behavior? I have accidentally close #channels due to this behavior.

"disable highlight tips" disabled popup tips when you are highlighted (mentions your nick) on a channel.

And yes there is no way to disabled the deselect for now.
