Issues with rejoining after updating to 2.5

Until updating to 2.5, rejoining a channel has worked beautifully for me. In my case, rejoin happens most often when my computer wakes up from sleep.
Unfortunately, after updating to 2.5, automatic rejoin has not worked once. Instead of rejoining, I'm presented with "Channels" dialog (see https://www.dropbox.com/s/mt9jexuffr5l9yj/rejoin_failure.png?dl=0)
I have not changed any settings and the "Rejoin channels on reconnect" option is enabled, toggling it off and back on again had no effect.
Any ideas how to get rejoin working again?

Seems to be related to #3038, I am looking into it and will make a new version as soon as it's fixed.

Hi, as #3038 seems to be fixed, I gave the latest beta build a shot (2.6 Beta Build 2016/10/21) and so far it has worked fine: rejoin works as it should.
