Twitch IRC chat logging

for some reason Twitch IRC chat isn't logged to file, every other IRC channel i have tried has worked except twitch

Hi, are you using 1.8.10 or beta ?

I'm using the latest beta, but i get the same result using the stable version.

Could you give me the irc server and a example channel I can test ? :)

I think you have to have an account to join any twitch IRC servers.

I cant connect for some reason, ill keep trying.

In the meanwhile, could you post a screenshot of your Options -> Loggion settings, and inside the channel type this:

//echo $window($active).logfile

and paste the output here, would really help :)

when i use that command i get
[03:56] * /echo: Text missing

I finally got in, seems they don´t send standard IRC messages, but I made a little hack, logging should work now if you update to latest beta.

Thanks that worked, it does change the server labels to TMI though, but i can live with that.

It also seems that scripts wont work in any twitch servers, its not that big a deal, it just bugs me.

Scripts should work no matter network you are on, can you share the script you are trying to use?

Bare in mind some scripts docent work in AdiIRC yet.
