In Options -> Messages -> Message prefix User there is some square characters, these are bold characters which you can remove, also check out Make certain part of messages bold.

what should i remove? and what is those square characters? I only got <$pnick>, wich i changed to <$nick>, but it is still bold characters... this makes me go back to Mirc.

The square characters is the characters that determines the text should be bold, same character you add when pressing CTRL + B in the Editbox.

If you don't understand how they work, remove the entire text in the Prefix User field and manually type <$pnick>
