Winamp song title in menubar or toolbar

Is there a way to move the title song from Statusbar to Toolbar or Menubar?

You can create your own Statusbar and Menubar items with the /statusbar and /menubar commands, you can listen to the on SONG for song changes, then update the statusbar and/or menubar text using the $song identifier.
