Any scripting event for crashes?

I've taken a look at https://dev.adiirc.com/projects/adiirc/wiki/Scripting_Events but I don't know how to do it.

I would just like to know if it is possible to capture this error as an event:

I want to detect when it crashes and then open a URL (*That url sends an email that I use as a notification)

There is no way to detect a crash.

Can you explain why you would need something like that? And also, what are you doing that causes enough crashes to warrant such a thing?
