Description

Using this timestamp format: [%T%hh:%ii:%ss]

The %T is incorrect at 12PM to 1PM.
It displays an A for AM, like this: [A12:03:25] <nick> blah

Expected result is a P for PM: [P12:03:25] <nick> blah
