User flags not showing properly

Description
When services sets your userflags after identifying with nickserv, with +qo flag, 64 bit client shows the +o flag instead of the +q flag
You mean the usermodes in a channel?
Confirmed!.
I get +ao in the channel (shows it right) but when I get +q it doesn't show me.
This is how it works:
I don't get it, what exactly is the bug here?
- Status changed from New to Assigned
- Assignee set to Per Amundsen
- Target version set to 1.8.5
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
