closedAdiIRC main form refuses to take input when switching from AdiIRC desktop windows

Description
After being in focus in an AdiIRC window that's been set to 'Show on Desktop', clicking inside the main AdiIRC main form (like the switchbar) refuses to work inconsistently. Once the bug occurs, the only remedy is to minimize the former AdiIRC desktop window and then the AdiIRC main window will work again.
Sometimes it takes a few tries before the bug occurs, but clicking back and forth from a non-desktop window to a desktop window on the switchbar tends to make the problem appear fairly quickly.

Tested on 2.2 and current 2.3. Both on Windows 7 and Windows 10.

Thanks for your detailed report.
Interestingly this seems to happen only when there is 2 windows open and one of them is on the desktop.
I think I have fixed it, you can test https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/18303/AdiIRC.exe or wait for next beta.
