Highlight sound settings do not activate when highlighted

Description
When a highlight rule is matched, that rule can play a sound optionally. When a channel message sound is set, it overrides the highlight sound that is set, and plays the channel sound instead. This of course makes it more difficult to hear if someone is pinging me or simply messaging in the channel.
- Category set to Interface
- Status changed from New to Assigned
- Assignee set to Per Amundsen
- Target version set to 2.5
- Operative System changed from Windows 10 to All
So what you want is for the highlight sound to have higher priority?
Yes. Otherwise it just makes no sense to me.
Okay, I already had that on TODO, but I will look into it for next beta, thanks.

In next beta when highlighted, any other event sound will be stopped and as long as the highlight sound is playing, no other event sound will play, that should hopefully fix this issue.
