Description

Using 2.9 beta 2017/7/26 x64 on win10.

The ~ nick prefix (for owners) is no longer displayed in the nicklist (this starteed in the latest beta if I'm not mistaked).
E.g. if I was owner of a channel my nick would be displayed as '~Kostas'. Now it's plain 'Kostas'. (It's still displayed on top of the nicklist though, as expected).
