closedDashes are added to large words automatically, but people on the other side do not see them...

Description
While fiddling with a weather bot, I tried it with a stupidly long name, and what was shown to me was the same long-ass word I'd typed but with dashes added. People on the channel reported not seeing them, but it surely showed on my screen.

The behaviour repeats in the latest beta version too.
Tried writing a superlongword and it doesn't add dashes.
Tried pasting the command from the adiirc text input field to a blank notepad2 file and it adds the dashes...

If you have scripts or plugins enabled, try disable them one-ny-one.
