That isn't working for me (i guess).
If works for someone, i would like to see a screenshot (to see how that looks like).

As explained in Color Options, you must check the Override Windows theme color checkbox, this is so changing windows theme also changes the statusbar/switchbar/toolbar colors which most users would prefer.
