Sorry, but for a fair reason this issue you will need test by yourself. If you already tested and didn't find anything, you can close this thread and set it invalid.

Actually, i am unable to test this feature the way i would like to test. I've tested it before in a way that i can't affirm for sure that the bug exists.

I did find a potential issue, try download and run this build http://adiirc.com/build/AdiIRC64.exe, just put it in a folder somewhere.

My OS is 32bits
