Hello,
It would be nice to add wildcard support under Highlights tab in Ignore list, it is helpful in order you wanna ignore from highlighting services bots or bots that using a specific prefix at the start or at the end of the nickname.
For Example:
If wanna add NickServ ChanServ BotServ OperServ HostServ and etc i must add all these network nicknames
Suggestion is to add *Serv wildcard that will cover all the above nicknames

You can use Options -> Ignore, it has a "Highlight" flag.

Just to clarify, the Ignore option in Options -> Highlight is linked to the per window right-click menu "On/Off" in Switchbar/Treebar.
