And paste it into a PM of a user, you will not see the link.
This bug was found by going to my adiirc logs and I wanted to copy a conversation containing this url and the paste stopped.

- Subject changed from Bug with a character just before the url to Link character should not be logged
- Category set to Interface
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Assignee set to Per Amundsen
That's normal, the character is used because it is not a valid character, but it should be stripped from logs, I fixed that for next beta.

It was made into an option since most people wants it, you can disable it https://dev.adiirc.com/projects/adiirc/wiki/Logging_Options#Log-link-character

the bug occurs anyway, I deleted no .log file
Should i delete?

After disabling the option, only new links will be logged without the link character, old links still have it.
