Allow "Color nicks in messages" to work with custom nick colors

Description
If I set a color for $me, the color in a mention is a random color.
- Tracker changed from Bug to Feature
- Subject changed from $me color doesn't override "Color nicks in messages" random color in mentions. to Allow "Color nicks in messages" to work with custom nick colors
- Category set to Interface
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Assignee set to Per Amundsen
- Regression deleted (

Originally this feature only worked with random nick colors, I have extended it to also work with custom nick colors for next beta.
