Description

with the new update it seems thar the dcc resume function doesnt work anymore.
when the download of a file start again after a failure it doesnt resume automatically even do the option is set to resume it automatically.
I had to change the DCC->AUTOACCEPT->IF FILE EXIST to ASK instead of RESUME to be able to resume broken files.
This option was working great before the las update occurred few days ago.
