Hello, would it possible to have customizable message style per user/userhost?

You can do that with Options -> Highlights, create a rule based on nick and/or host.

Ah, very nice, no font/size option though.

The text area was designed with each line having the same height and font in mind, it can't have different sized lines or fonts.
