Returns [[$true]] if [[Options DIalog|Options]] -> [[Dcc Options|Dcc]] -> [[Dcc_Options#Dcc-Ignore-Method|Dcc Ignore Method]] is set to accept only/ignore only, otherwise [[$false]].
