What exactly is the 'Run Commands' under 'On Away' & 'On Back' are for?
What type of commands can be added?

It's for users who want to run a custom alias or command when they go away or come back, I don't know what they do exactly.

And am I able to add full "away scripts", or it only allows short commands?

You can make a alias that executes any script you want to.
You cannot use /away in there since this is /away, it becomes a infinite loop.

I really tried to depend on myself on that, but I failed, and I need your help.
I tried to add a custom alias to "On/Away" and to "On/Back" .. But I keep getting errors and strange messages.
As for the alias I added to "On/Away":
/set %gonereason $$?="Reason for being away:" | /tnick $me $+ [Away] | /set %gonetime $time(hh:nn TT) | /ame 6is away: 12(Reason: %gonereason $+ ) (Time left: $time(hh:nn TT) $+ )
And for the Alias I added to "On/Back":
/nick $mnick | /ame is back: 6(Reason for being away: %gonereason $+ ) (Time left: %gonetime $+ ) (Time away: $duration($awaytime) $+ )
So if you could please help me out to set the correct alias form for both "Away" and "Back".
All I need is when I set my status to Away is: Nickname changes to Nickname[Away]
A message that displays in the rooms i'm in (in all active servers), that i'm away, reason, time left
And when I'm back: Nickname[Away] changes to original nickname, reason I left, gone for time
I've been really trying for the past 3 days. So if you can help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thank you
